Stewards of Eden in Clean Energy Action.

Today, Stewards of Eden and youth demonstrated an improved solar oven as part of our clean energy work.

We are happy that this new oven performed better than the previous one, reaching up to 124°C. With only sunlight, we were able to cook rice and peas successfully.

This shows how solar ovens can help youth and communities reduce the use of charcoal, firewood, gas, and other fuels that harm the environment and contribute to climate change.
